Let us talk through various ideas of what sort
of ‘doo’ you would like, from a simple get together,
to a full sit down meal, or be that little bit different and set
a theme-the ideas are endless.
Now we have an idea of what you would like, the
next question is where to have it. Perhaps you would like to use
our marquee, either here at The
Star Inn, or you may have room in your garden (or a friends)
maybe even just have our team come to your home and host your party
or meal so that you too can sit back and enjoy it.
The idea of feeding a group of people is sometimes
a nightmare so we have made that bit very easy. All you need to
do is throw some ideas around with us regarding what you would like,
from a finger buffet to a six-course sit down meal, with or without
a theme. We will then come up with some menus and ideas that can
be tailored to your needs, whatever you decide we are sure you will
not be disappointed.
The drinks bit is certainly a boost; why not use
our outside bar facilities? You can choose your favourite real ales
to be served, all from hand pumps with an array of whatever else
you would like behind the bar to impress your guests. We will also
be available to serve behind the bar if you wish.
Banners and balloons are all very nice but why
not use the marquee and let us decorate it for you in either a traditional
manner or go wild and have it themed, the only limitation to what
can be done is your imagination!
As far as clearing up goes…..Please don’t
even think about it, we will take care of all that.
You will be the most important person at YOUR Doo!
All you have to do is turn up (as long as you do the inviting of
guests!!!!) relax and enjoy the evening. Let your guests be wowed
and impressed and give them something to talk about for months to
come.
